Global law firm Dechert has named Brian Miner, who was previously Co-Chair of the M&A and securities group at Schulte Roth & Zabel, as a Partner in its corporate and securities practice based in New York.
Miner has advised private equity firms and their portfolio companies across various sectors including asset management, insurance, financial services, life sciences and healthcare, energy and manufacturing. He has also advised asset management firms and their funds on liquidity solutions including structuring, negotiating and executing asset management stakes and minority and control investment transactions.
Dechert recently added Eliot L Relles as a Global Finance Partner to its corporate and securities practice group, as well as Cynthia Beyea, now a Partner based in Washington, DC.
