Corelight Raises $150M in Series E Funding

Corelight, a San Francisco, CA-based open network detection and response (NDR) company, raised $150M in Series E funding.

The round was led by Accel, with participation from Cisco Investments and CrowdStrike Falcon Fund.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its AI-driven security innovation, cloud-native security capabilities, and data fusion partnerships with cybersecurity platforms to deliver enhanced capabilities for SOC analysts and incident response teams.

Led by CEO Brian Dye, Corelight provides open network detection and response (NDR) solutions to transform network and cloud activity into evidence that security teams use to proactively hunt for threats, accelerate response to incidents, gain complete network visibility and create analytics. Its global customers include Fortune 500 companies, major government agencies, and large universities.
