Baird Capital, the direct private investment arm of American multinational firm Robert W. Baird & Co, has added Samuel Pollard as an Investment Associate to its global private equity team in London, in addition to Anthony Zhu as Principal in Chicago.
Pollard joins Baird from his role as a Manager within corporate finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers, having completed accountancy training at KPMG.
Zhu joins Baird after a decade working at Madison Dearborn Partners.
Baird Capital was founded in 1989 and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. The group manages two investment platforms, venture capital and global private equity, with a focus on B2B technology & services-focused companies. Its UK team was established via an acquisition in 1999.
